Easter holidays and back to England. With Sam visiting for just less than a week, I made a to do list, trying to cram the time with enough things to ensure that he went back with more to talk about than our infamous weather and Britain's tendency to rain.
My decision to go on a road trip to Bodiam Castle was the plan for the Easter Monday. A typical British picnic and a moated castle, it seemed perfect. What's more, Sam studies history, so he should be interested.
He was interested, to the extent that he knew more about the castle than I did...
